MODERN SLAVERY

principles. This policy sets out our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains. We are dedicated to ensuring that we conduct business responsibly and ethically.

The purpose of this policy is to:
•Prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains.
•Set clear expectations for suppliers and partners to uphold human rights standards.
•Promote transparency and accountability in our business practices.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of BODY BIKE UK. It covers all business activities, including operations, supply chains, and any other relationships where modern slavery could be a risk.
4. Definition of Modern Slavery
Modern slavery refers to the exploitation of people for labour or services through coercion, force, deception, or abuse of vulnerability. This includes, but is not limited to:
•Human trafficking
•Forced labour
•Child labour
•Debt bondage
•Domestic servitude
•Any form of exploitation that violates an individual's human rights.
5. Our Commitment
•Due Diligence: We will undertake thorough due diligence to assess the risks of modern slavery in our supply chain. This will include regular reviews and audits of suppliers and business partners.
•Training and Awareness: We will provide training to employees and contractors to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and how to identify and report potential
incidents.
•Supplier Expectations: We expect our suppliers and contractors to operate in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding labour rights and to implement practices that
prevent modern slavery.
•Reporting and Accountability: Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns or incidents relating to modern slavery through the appropriate channels. We will take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly and thoroughly.
6. Supply Chain and Procurement
We will work closely with our suppliers to ensure they are committed to ethical labour practices and are aware of their responsibilities to uphold human rights in their operations. This includes:
•Regular assessments of supplier practices.
•Clear contractual obligations to comply with our Modern Slavery Policy.
•A zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery within our supply chain.
7. Reporting Violations
If you suspect any form of modern slavery within BODY BIKE UK or in its supply chains, you must report it immediately. You can do so by:
•Speaking to your direct manager.
•Using our confidential whistleblower hotline or email (provided internally).
•Reporting through our dedicated online portal.
All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality and protection from retaliation.
8. Compliance with Laws
We fully support and comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (or any applicable local laws) and other relevant legislation regarding human trafficking and forced labour. We will continue to monitor developments in legislation and adjust our practices as necessary to maintain compliance.
9. Consequences of Violating the Policy
Violations of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, or termination of business relationships with suppliers and contractors found to be in breach of this policy.
10. Review and Updates
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and business practices. We will also publish an annual statement outlining the steps we have taken to combat modern slavery within our operations and supply chains.
